My family and I have been going to the Firehall dentist for over 22 years. They absolutely care for our oral health and our comfort as patients. The staff are all wonderful and Dr. Heidi and Stephen are amazing! I can't say enough about this amazing practice.

I’ve been using the Firehall Dentist for over 30 years. My children have grown up with their dental care and have very positive memories. In our family going to the dentist has always been something to look forward to. I moved to the Niagara area 13 years ago but I still return to Waterdown for the Firehall Dentist. 2 of my 3 adult children live in Southern and Eastern Ontario and make long treks from their home communities as well.

The Firehall Dentist has provided me with exceptional dental care since the year 2000 and my son has been coming with me since he was just a wee lad. (Born in 2005) We have developed a relationship with some of the staff there. Andrea has been my hygienist for all these years and Leanne at the front desk has been great! She always remembers our names as we walk in and asks us about things that are going on that we have shared with her in the past. Doctor Heidi and Doctor Stephen are both very friendly and knowledgeable dentists who love their patients and staff alike. It's a very positive, welcoming atmosphere and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. We drive in from the Binbrook area to have our teeth cleaned by them.

Dr. Heidi at the Firehall Dentist is the best dentist I have ever encountered. She is very pleasant and keeps up with all the latest techniques. The hygienists are. Very thorough and do a great job keeping the teeth in good condition.The office staff are very helpful and friendly and bend over backwards to help if you have a dental emergency.Overall a great dental office.

The staff are consistently respectful and polite. They use my name as often as they can which makes me feel like a valued patient, and not another customer passing through. Thank you to all of the staff, and particularly to Lilliana who is always friendly, kind and caring. I was in again last week. Lilliana took care of the technical parts of the visit, and was asking how my family is doing, remembering some of the important events. Dr. Dyment was his usual kind and gentle professional.

Every experience I have had at Firehall Dentist has been a positive one. Starting from the moment you walk in the front door you are greeted with a welcoming smile and attentive staff.Each of the dentists are highly experienced and have demonstrated a superb standard of quality service.I was blown away when I hadn’t seen a particular dentist for over two years and had only met him twice and he still remembered details about me personally.The supporting staff also went out of their way to answer all my questions and be helpful in any way they could.For these reasons I will continue to travel over an hour one way to this clinic.I would highly recommend Firehall Dentist to anyone!
