Michelle - Receptionist, Office Administrator
My career began at The Firehall many years ago and I am so grateful to have grown with the office as it has expanded over the years. I have raised my two grown children in this vibrant community and I am happy to call Millgrove home. I am always available to answer your questions and to assist you with your appointments and I do a lot of the behind the scenes management at the office. Over the years we have grown with the community and people who are patients have become like friends and family to me. I am looking forward to welcoming you to The Firehall.
Lee Ann - Receptionist, Office Administrator
I have been with The Firehall almost from day one! Being a local resident of Waterdown and having raised my family here, I take pride in the opportunity to contribute to the well being of so many of our patients in the community. I know most of our patients personally and am available to answer your questions about appointments, insurance or treatment options. I look forward to catching up with our patients at each visit.

I am the proud and loving mother of two wonderful kids and a sweet dog named Jasper. With over 30 years of experience in customer service, health care, fine arts, computer graphic design and dental administration, my passion is to help people feel welcome and comfortable in our five-star Google rated office. I look forward to meeting you, getting to know you, and supporting you during your dental care journey.

After 13 years practicing as a registered Dental Hygienist, I can honestly say that working at the Firehall Dentist has been an absolute pleasure. The staff are so much fun to work with and yet very professional too. I especially enjoy connecting with so many great patients! From heart felt conversations to endless laughs, my goal is to provide the best dental hygiene treatment experience for my patients. I am genuinely grateful for my career at The Firehall Dentist. When I am not at work, you can find me at the local farmers market, hosting Pinterest worthy dinner parties, mastering the art of French pastries, or planning my next European adventure with my husband.

With over 30 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist I am honored to be a part of the exceptional team at The Firehall Dentist. My goal is to connect with our wonderful patients of all ages, and to build meaningful and long-term relationships as we work together to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and comfortable care. I believe that communication, education and trust are essential to help each person achieve their oral health goals. Outside of the Firehall, I enjoy health and fitness, being outdoors and hiking local trails with my family. On my creative side, I also play keyboards with a local musician's group where we have competed in the battle of the bands!
Christina - Sterilizing Technician
I am grateful to say I love working with the dream office and team that make up the Firehall Dentist because we treat each other and our cherished patients like family. I am so proud that my job ensures that all the instruments and materials that are used for each appointment are safe, sterile, verified and meticulously maintained. I run daily tests and protocols to ensure the highest level of infection control and sterilization are achieved. I am a diligent, hardworking and detail orientated individual specially trained as a sterilization technician. It is always a joy to see our lovely patients leave the office with a sincere smile after their appointments. Your smile is my passion and priority.

I am so proud to be a dedicated assistant for Heidi and Stephen at The Firehall for over 15 years. My goal is to make sure all of your appointments are smooth and comfortable. I pride myself on being attentive to all of your needs and to anticipate everything that could be needed for your appointment. Whenever I travel, I peek in other dental offices, and it makes me so happy to know that I work in one of the best offices you will find anywhere. I have and a sporty daughter who keeps me busy when I am not at work!

I have worked at The Firehall Dentist for over 10 years. I am a loving Mom to my two grown daughters who currently both live on Vancouver Island. I have a joyful little puppy named Rosie! I assist the dentists with a wide variety of procedures and also see children for their check-ups and cleanings.
I am always attentive to the needs of the patients and my priority is to make sure your visit is relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable.

I love living in the Waterdown community with my family and being a part of this amazing office. The level of personal care we are able to bring to our patients brings me so much satisfaction. My job is to ensure your visit to the dentist is comfortable and relaxing and you can count on me to work seamlessly with the dentist so everything goes smoothly. I have previous experience in the medical esthetics industry, so I want you to feel like your appointment is like a trip to the spa!
Tanya - Dental Assistant
I am born and raised in Waterdown and I am so proud to be a part of this office and to be working in this wonderful community. I work with the doctors as an assistant during dental treatment and I also help out at the front desk on occasion. I have worked in dentistry for many years and am so happy to be at The Firehall because they are honest and kind and they do great work. I have two boys attending school in town and when I'm not in the office I enjoy my friends and going to the gym.
